Recreation Department ADULT PROGRAMS No matter your size, shape or fitness level, come experience yoga! Anyone can benefit from learning yoga, whether you need to gain flexibility, reduce stress, breathe more deeply or want to build strength. Join Instructor Beth Cianci and learn how rewarding and easy it is to fit yoga into your life. Date: March 18 - May 6, 2008 (eight-week session) Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings and include step aerobics, cardio workouts, and/or strength training. Each session is six weeks long (12 classes total if attending both evenings). Location: Herrick Park MEN'S DROP-IN BASKETBALL
Games are played every Wednesday night from 7 to 9 in the High School gym. All levels of ability are accepted and everyone plays. The fee is $1 per night or $15 for the entire season (which goes through the school year). Bolton residents have first priority. For more information contact Ray Boyd at 643-0862. DROP-IN VOLLEYBALL
Come have some fun, get some exercise, and meet new people! Volleyball for all skill levels of ability is played every Monday night from 7:00 to 9:30 in the Center School gym. The Center School is open for walking Monday through Friday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 on regularly scheduled school days. On evenings when there is an event being held at the school (concert, play, etc.) the school will not be available for walking. In consideration of all, please do not bring children with you to this activity. MEN'S SOFTBALL
The Bolton Men's Softball League begins play at the beginning of May. For the last few years it has been a seven- or eight-team league. The season runs from the first week in May through July. Games are played Monday through Thursday (Fridays are utilized for make-ups) at Herrick Park. For further information please contact the Recreation Department. The per-team registration fee is $690.
